These terms describe how EgyptServers services are ordered, delivered and supported. Your approved quotation or service agreement defines the specific scope, schedule and cost.
Orders and pricing
Published EGP prices are before applicable taxes and identify one-off or recurring charges. Provider fees, licences, usage and renewal charges are confirmed in the quotation before payment. “From” prices require a final assessment.
Payment is by bank transfer, InstaPay or wallets using approved invoice details. Work starts after payment confirmation and receipt of the required information and access as agreed; submitting an order does not mean instant activation.
Ownership and access
Domains are registered using accurate client details. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of those details and proof of eligibility. We use appropriate permissions or authorisation and document handover. Egyptian-domain acceptance and name availability rest with the relevant registration authority.
Support and providers
Support, backups and resource limits follow the written plan. Out-of-scope work is quoted first. Third-party services follow provider terms. Response times, availability and security outcomes are not guaranteed unless stated in writing. Relevant changes affecting an order are explained to the client.
Renewal charges are communicated before renewal. Clients can request non-renewal or arrange a transfer, taking account of expiry dates and provider commitments disclosed in the order. These terms do not reduce rights provided by applicable law.
